For security reasons, if your Email and Phone Number on record are wrong, or for some reason we cannot change your Password, you will be sent to a -- Login Failed -- page.
Information needed to get a New Password
If the process is successful, you will see a confirmation page, and we will email you a password to the email you entered, which should be the same email as the one on your profile. The Password that we will be sending you is a random one generated by the computer and is not the same Password that you entered. You will need to remember your new Password, and enter it exactly as it is. If you want to change the Password later, you can do it by clicking on your Profile once you log in.
